The steel mold is going to take a while to make and its April already.
The machine cuts so many inches per day and then it has to be polished. Before they can run a sample batch.
The good thing ? We at least made it this far!
We also have to get the new air intakes made too and tested.
So we will give you all an update again later this month. We will all let you know when you can place an order. The nose kits are coming this Spring so do not worry.
We just ran into so many problems and economy got us too.
The above photo is what a steel injection mold looks like. Our nose mold will be very big. It has take 400 to 500 tons of pressure.
